Decided to finally see what the kit lens is capable of when I actually take time with it and use a circular polarizing filter. Came up with these let me know what you think.

Hiking on Mount Lemmon the other day while it was covered in clouds. The usual Arizona defense of "but it's a dry heat" did not apply that day.

I took this picture with the Minolta 50mm f/1.4 at a closed down mini-golf course. A couple questions: 1. How do you like the post-processing (started with the "aged photo" preset in Lightroom)? 2. I think the picture is funnier with the cow in the background out of focus, do you agree? Any other C&C is welcome. Thanks.
