Strangely, wally world was blowing out these light boxes w/ lights, so I picked one up. I have zero experience with light boxes, so I don't know if it's a good or bad one. Here are three shots I have taken so far with it. I did substitute one of the included lights with a much brighter studio light I had.

What am I doing right and what am I doing wrong?

I built a light box per recommendations on strobist and came out with these shots. Any advice would be great :)
