Not completely photography related but thought this might amuse / interest some. It seems a Nikon Coolpix camera sold on ebay by a member of MI6, still contained top secret photos including information about Al-Queda members, military hardware photos, details on a classified MI6 computer system and more.

An unwitting delivery man living with his mum, discovered the above after purchasing it for 17 pounds.

I got an email from a friend, suggesting to give this stuff a look. Ok its from Nikon, but it looks nice enough, trying a few on demo.

Not cheap for sure..but some neat things here. Have a look for yourself. Film simulations a presets are extensive, for both colour and b&w packages. Also NR and sharpening software. Not had a chance to try them all out yet.

From its difficult and proprietary raw format, to a super crammed 13.5 mp 1 1/7.2" sensor, I think this strikes a frown on would be buyers enough to make it a bomb.

Nikon hasn't been strong in this market for quite some time, and it looks like they are continuing the trend.
