Just curious if any alpha users in the UK had entered, or knew of this?

David K brought up that there seems to be a lack of Alpha users in them. Thought I'd mention it, we shouldn't let the non alpha folks hog all the prizes :)

Hi all and happy Fourth of July.

Just for fun we decided to run a surprise Fourth of July Photo Contest. No prizes but the winner will be displayed on the front page. Same rules as our other contests mostly, entries accepted up to and including July 6.

Contest open to all( including the UK :-D ), doesn't necessarily have to be fireworks, just some type of Fourth of July shot.

AlphaMountWorld is now conducting its second Monthly Photo Contest (thank you to all that participated in our very first!).

The theme for this contest is Landscape Photography. This contest is open to all Sony and Konica Minolta users for digital or film images. There have been quite a few excellent landscape shots already submitted in our forums, so I know the talent is out there! Don't be shy, submit a photo and see if you can win!
