Pentax MAGNIFYING EYECUP O-ME53
A+
Huge help, I can manually focus now with my sony 50mm 1.4f.
80~90% of my first shots are in focus, while without it, i dropped to 20~30%. These are numbers may seem drastic, but without it I kinda have to guess what is and what is not in focus, with the dof being so thin I have trouble seeing it. Now, with the magnifier, it eliminates just about almost all the guessing.
I regret not buying this sooner, this would've helped TREMENDOUSLY for closeup shots.
this is on an a100.

What is the magnification factor and what camera do you have it fit too? Does it fit good etc? How does it fit?

I bought tone of these a little while ago. Its a 1.2X magnification. I think if it was much more you would lose the corners of the screen. It fits perfectly it has the Pentax rubber weatherproof cover. I don't use eye start but I think it could interfere with this. Its a very good buy for the A3XX cameras. Sony should make one.
The older I get the better I used to be.
Sony does make a version...but it is larger magnification...It is 2.3x made for the center of the image...MSRP is around $79 though.

If anyone has the Sony version, please fill us in on how it works...don't know if the edges are lost...
