when posting just put in a link to the picture you want to show
starting with the http part.
Use as guide that the picture should be viewable in a single browser windows and de link is the one shown in the adress bar(that you need to copy into the comment section).
please be aware that site that are protected by passwords and userid's are difficult to acces for those who don't have these details.

do you have your images hosted somewhere aleady? Like flickr or photography review etc? You will need to host your images on a free site somewhere first so you can:
copy your image location, and then post that link like text into your message, copy and paste is all after you get them hosted.
