Thanks, be curious to see if they have any higher quality general lens cap. I'm kinda a paranoid nut about keeping a lens cap on my lens. I also like to put one on any stepped up filter I might be using as well. I tend to be taking my camera in out and of a camelback a lot, or out in a bit of weather so have to be careful.

Hi Eric, I have not tried the lens caps, I know they do some the odd time. I have tried the fake logo lens caps and they are not really very good, though they do the job.

If they are the quality of the body caps, most likely as good as the originals minus the logo. I know minolta lens caps get a premium on ebay..and even the alpha ones are not so cheap! I wish I had a box of a thousand minolta lens caps and hotshoe covers, I would be a rich man by now via ebay!

Just a quick update, I bought a couple of body caps for A mount AF, got them through. Quality is every bit as good as the originals. I got them to replace the el cheapo white clip on one I got with my new Dynax 60...

They do put "minolta" on the cap, minus the logo thing of course, for obvious reasons. Def the best place to go for body and lens caps, way way better than some of the junk out there. Not sure about the official caps, but these are priced so well..why bother?

You know, the hot shoe covers are just a damn silly price on ebay. Last I saw they were around £8 odd! That is just nuts for a piece of moulded plastic, crazy. I have seen slightly lower prices for s/h ones..but they tend to auction them. Mad really, esp when I have seen as new lower end film bodies selling for under £10. £3 odd for a new hot shoe cover is just about ok. I notice that alpha lens caps are also sailing out at near a tenner odd for small ones. Again..not good

Said it before, but I wish I had a box of 1000 hot shoe covers, you would make a fortune on ebay!
