Manual focus Konica glass - Converter to Sony DSLR? Need help...
Hello everyone!
Looking for some help. I just received my grandfather's camera bag and am amazed at all the glass he had. I'm looking for guidance on applying manual focus glass to my A200. Is there a converter available? I'd love to shoot with these lenses. Any help guidance would be great.
I also received a pentax rig with many lens. They are manual screw on type. If anyone knows of an adaptor for this gear it would be great to know.
Thanks,
Zach

I think your refering to the old minolta camera glass prior to 1985, which is manual focus only and not the same as the alpha mount currently correct?MD lenses etc.
I know of no converter currently, but if I find out about one I will let you know. Lots of that glass and the film cameras available on ebay.

I believe there are two types of adapters available. One is a basic adapter and the other can be programmed for focus confirmation with certain lenses. Screw type adapters are all over ebay for nearly every make.
