Are two words that come to mind first.
Its kinda like 3 pictures going on here all at once, blending together at the mid point. Upper right you have clear with the straw, upper left, wonderful reflections and color, and the bottom all that texture of the algae/moss.
The only distraction is the long twig coming into the scene from mid right into the middle.
The floating leaves are very nice and definitely add to the picture overall.

mostly, though the twig coming in doesn't bug me too much.
Overall I like it a lot great colors and very interesting shot! Love the reflection too.
