Very nice shot, where is that from if you don't mind me asking.
I like the composure a lot and colors, looks very natural and pleasing. I like how you have the two lines of the hills and the very attractive tree with bush/tree adjacent.
I honestly wouldn't have much to critique here personally, I'd say *maybe* you could crop the top a little bit to make it more proportional. I'd have to try it myself were it mine, that may not be correct. ...and that *maybe* it looks like it has a tad blur, if that was gone.
thanks for sharing that.

This was taken on Dauphin island in Alabama.
Thanks for the advise I will try and play with the cropping to see if I can get it better. Not sure if I can do much about the blur as I am using the lens that came with the camera. I hope to get some better lens soon. I have some lighting photos I plan to post later I hope you all like.
Thanks again.
I wouldn't have guessed. Sure, and just to reiterate I do like it as is I may be wrong about the crop.
thanks again for sharing this

HI Trude,
That's a really nice photo. I like the composition here, really allows the sky to make it's mark. The colours are great in this one also, I personally like the image as it is currently framed, however I think that if it were my shot and I was going to crop, then I'd probably do a fairly extreme crop and make it square. As Eric has said though, these are just personal ideas and it does look really nice as is.
Thanks for sharing- I look forward to seeing more,
Andrew

Very nice job! One thing to watch for is "where does my eye land" or what is the most important element in the photo. Your eye should naturally fall on that part of the shot. My eye wants to bounce between the clouds at the top and the sun- it should want to stop on one or the other (does that make sense?)
Cropping off the top 1/3 fixes that issue and your eye goes right to the sun.
