Hi Jerry, I honestly LOVE this lens!! It is the sharpest lens I own. Here are a couple more examples of the lens. It is a pretty versatile lens. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I took this with the 70-300G lens, but can't get in close enough.

First off Jerry, that is a very nice picture you took with the 70-300G lens. Very nice and sharp. I would like to have that lens!!
I think you will be very happy with the Sony 100 macro. It is sweet piece of glass!! I am looking forward to some samples after seeing what you did with the 70-300G!!

Awesome shots! The Sony 100 macro is a great lens I love mine.
Took the plunge and bought the Sony 100mm f2.8 Macro lens.
Not had a whole lot of time to use it, but manged to get a few of this little fellow today.
