First light
This lens produces outstanding color and contrast. I love it.

Which lens, the 70-300G?
By the way, I like the first shot the most I think. The canada goose in the lower left corner does it for me.
Looks like a slightly overcast morning, ethereal light :)

It was the 70-300 G SSM. There was a fog on the pond and it was lifting fast as the sun started to rise. I was worried that I would miss the good light so I had to shoot fast. I had left my CZ 24-70 at the house and I didn't want to go back and get it. It's always all about the light.

These are amazing Dan. That new lens has quite the range. Number 3 is the best of the lot for me.

The lighting was so nice early yesterday morning.

These are gorgeous. #3 is my favorite. Reminds me of a landscape painting.

I concur with the crowd. 3 is the best out of them.
Sony Alpha 200, 18-70mm kit lens, 50mm f/1.7, 70-210 f/4 beercan (as of 07/05, whooo!!!)
I like the moody feeling I get from these, very nice. I know this isn't photo critique, but IMO I find the branch on the top part of #3 pic distracting, but others might like it and I think it's a strong image other then that. Thanks for sharing.

about the branch. I had already cropped out a large limb on the top. I couldn't crop any further. I should of checked before I hit the shutter. LOL
