Fourth of July Fun Photo Contest

Hi all and happy Fourth of July.
Just for fun we decided to run a surprise Fourth of July Photo Contest. No prizes but the winner will be displayed on the front page. Same rules as our other contests mostly, entries accepted up to and including July 6.
Contest open to all( including the UK :-D ), doesn't necessarily have to be fireworks, just some type of Fourth of July shot.
Rules are simple:
1. Submit a photo in this forum post* from a Sony or Konica Minolta Alpha Mount camera only(we trust you), film or digital. Natural looking images that aren't obviously heavily post processed are preferred.
2. The image you submit must of course be your own original work.
4. One photo per person please.
5. You agree to let us possibly display a local copy on our site with photo credit to you. We'd of course remove it at your request at any point.
Any Contest Questions please feel free to contact us via Personal Message or the Contact form anytime!
Note: You must be Registered to post images and participate in the contest.
Good luck!

Didn't get to see any fireworks this year due to the weather...kind of bummed out about it. Really looking forward to trying them with the A700... :(
This is a shot of some of the carnival equipment that was in the town park for our annual "Good Neighbor Day"...the fireworks were supposed to have closed out the day... it was all packed up on the trailers this morning waiting to be hauled out.
...not sure about this or B&W...so I picked color for here and will post the B&W elsewhere...
Thanks for looking - Hapster

Rainclouds and water on the lens ruined most of my shots. C'est la vie.
