Wells Next the Sea: Sunrise
Hi all,
This is one of the images I took on a recent trip to Wells Next the Sea in the UK. I went on a trip with two other photographers- both shooting Canon- boo... Anyway, a good time was had by all and I came away with several images that I'm pleased with- this being one of them.
It's kind of a little bit of an impromptu shot, I was setting up for the sunrise with the rope in the foreground and the boat suddenly set off- this is the very first shot of the day. I hadn't had time to get my ND grad out, so this is a shot that was 'saved' by the wonders of RAW and HDR- I genuinely though I'd lost all the highlight detail :-(
Anyway cheers for looking and let me know what you think. More to follow.

Andrew,
As a counterpoint to the overall serenity of the scene.
Anyway, enough intellectual comment, what the heck's a sunrise?
The opposite to a sunset?? Edited by AMW mods.

The motion of the boat adds intrigue, and your PP work is really well done especially considering the blown highlights :)
