Well it looks like Olympus (and Panasonic subsequently) has come up with another neat little trick Micro Four Thirds technology. Just take out the mirror box entirely and make the lenses smaller. Ok. No more OVF, just an EVF and/or accessory attachment. No new camera models were announced, or lenses, just the future plans and technology.

This should be an interesting subject in the DSLR industry. I dare to say it will succeed to some degree, but mirror boxes are here to stay people. Got to hand it to Olympus for trying neat stuff however. I do have respect for them in that area. It is a brave endeavor but hard to say if it will have any real success in the marketplace.
